About Roger Mills
Roger has more than 35 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker specializing in the sale and lease of office and retail properties. During his career he has also closed numerous transactions involving the sale of apartment buildings, leased investments, raw land and industrial properties.
Mr. Mills has successfully completed hundreds of transactions throughout Northern California, with an emphasis on the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked extensively in the cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland, Pinole, Richmond, and San Pablo.
His recent transactions include the sale of a 52,000-square-foot automotive dealership facility, a 42,000-square-foot retail shopping center, and the lease of a 20,000-square-foot retail site to 98 Cent Stores. Roger has also leased business offices to the County of Contra Costa and to the State of California. He leased a build-to-suit site to a national restaurant chain and completed numerous retail leases with local, regional and national tenants.
Roger's goals are to obtain the highest value for his clients while minimizing any potential inconvenience or post-transaction liability. He is committed to providing complete client satisfaction and to concluding all his transactions in a timely manner.
Mr. Mills was awarded the advanced designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute in 1996.
